Residents and business owners who are unable to comply with the Level 1 restrictions need to apply for an exemption. Exemption requests will be assessed on an individual basis. Please only submit an exemption request when you have confirmed that you are unable to comply with Level 1 restrictions.
Level 1 water restrictions were introduced on 10 February 2020.
Restrictions apply to outdoor water use and include water from an urban rainwater tank that is connected to or topped up by town drinking water.
